Your goal is to leverage your connections to generate leads for premium interior design and fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:Identify and refer clients (Residential & Commercial) requiring interior fit-out services.Networking:Utilize your existing connections with business owners, developers, and contractors to secure project opportunities.Coordination:Arrange meetings between potential clients and our technical team.Relationship Management:Act as the liaison between the client and Interioxpert until the contract is signed.What We OfferHigh-Tier Commission:Earn a generous, uncapped percentage per project.Total Flexibility:No office reporting or fixed hours; work entirely at your own pace.Full Support:We provide comprehensive company profiles, portfolios, and technical expertise to help you close deals.Transparent Payments:Commissions are paid promptly upon reaching project milestones.RequirementsUAE Experience:Proven sales track record in UAE Interior Design, Fit-out, or Construction.Active Network:A strong, "ready-to-use" professional network within the Emirates.Independence:A proactive "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work without supervision.SkillsCore Sales CompetenciesB2B & B2C Lead Generation: Proven ability to identify and qualify high-value prospects in the residential and commercial sectors.Closing & Negotiation: Strong persuasive skills with a track record of successfully negotiating terms and closing deals independently.Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with developers, contractors, and corporate clients quickly.Industry & Technical KnowledgeFit-Out Expertise: A solid understanding of interior design, construction, and fit-out terminology to effectively communicate with both clients and the technical team.Market Awareness: Deep knowledge of the UAE real estate and commercial construction market, including upcoming projects and key industry players.Soft Skills & AttributesSelf-Motivated & Resilient: Highly driven to succeed in a 100% commission-based environment without day-to-day supervision.Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
