Job Description

Dubai Location ( Dubai real estate experience ) / Pune Location ( Pune real estate experience – Commercial and residential,either )Handling clients for key residential projectsAttending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients.Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, andclosing transactions with clear understanding of the market.Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales.Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broaderbusiness targets.Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achievevelocity and volumes.Relationship ManagementHandling customer queries for better customer relatonships.Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existingcustomers to achieve business goals.Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing theirrequirements and resolving issues if any.Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternatechannel networks.Driving sales through various dealer networks.Activations ManagementOrganizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate newleads.Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbersConducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting theportfolioProper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departmentsManaging GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits andbooking data.Job Type:Full TimeLocation: Dubai, PuneThe ideal candidate for this position must be under 26 years, and be passionate aboutdriving big-ticket luxury residential and commercial sales.He/she must be articulate, well-groomed, coming from a formal institutional salesbackground, and confident in managing the expectations of highly placed- HNI clients.Must be a self-starter capable of managing prospects and taking them to closures whilecollaboratively working with leaders on the broader transactions and business goals.Preferred candidate profile/Qualifications:7–8 years of experience in Real Estate / Financial ProductsGraduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA /Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
