Rover operator - simops

Operate assigned field units and equipment during project start-up and operations. Monitor performance, maintain safe operating conditions, and support maintenance, commissioning, and handover activities all in alignment with company procedures and safety policies.Maintain competency of operational procedures through training & rotation.Operate field equipment following safety and operating proceduresMonitor and log operating parameters; report abnormalities.Prepare equipment for maintenance & recommission post-completion.Apply and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) requirements and field audits.Monitor site activities using unit surveillance, safety walks, audits, and observation cards.Respond as first-line emergency support to eliminate or minimize risks.Perform comprehensive shift handovers to ensure continuity.Collect process and special samples as scheduled by Shift Supervisor.Conduct low-voltage electrical isolation and de-isolation for equipment maintenance.Support System Completion activities:Endorse check-sheets (B, C, E)Participate in walkdownsVerify and close punch listsSupport system start-upEducation:High School Graduate with Vocational TrainingExperience:Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas field operationsLanguage:Proficient in written and spoken EnglishSkills:Familiar with Permit to Work systemBasic computer and technical skillsStrong safety awarenessOperation Technical Competency Program experienceCompetency RatingSHE AwarenessEthics & IntegrityQuality/Quantity of WorkPlanning & OrganizingTrust & Empowerment Initiative/CommitmentTeamwork/SupportInterpersonal SkillsCommunication & Information SharingService OrientationInnovationProblem SolvingJob KnowledgeSupervising OthersJob Environment & Challenges:Role involves full-time outdoor activity in harsh weather.Work covers wide zones including:LNG TrainsUtilitiesRefineryLoading BerthsStorage FacilitiesRequires physical engagement and work at heights.
