These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports Dropkick Supercare Pharmacy Farm Fresh Klassic and international brands like Nike Columbia Converse Timberland Vans Mama Sitas and McCain.What youll be doing: Retail Audit Executive is responsible for reviewing and evaluating organizations front-end retail operations; assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal controls stipulated in operational policies and procedures performs as a business consultant and assurance provider to the business reporting to and assisting the Manager with reviews and special projects as may be required.Job Description:- Carry out operational and compliance audit duties such as: evaluating internal controls applying professional audit techniques preparing audit reports developing solutions and documenting findings- Perform policy compliance test as well as formulate and implement companys retail audit programs- Identify creative insights outliers and value by carrying out analytical procedures- Responsible for communicating and reaching agreements on findings with the audited store as well as initiate remedial action to resolve the findings- Communicate the retail audit findings in a comprehensive way by sharing audit report within predefined timelines and discuss the same with direct Line Manager of the audited store- Carry out ad hoc assignments based on management requests- Provide ad hoc assistance to internal teams managers and specialists as and when required-Lead investigationsFunctional/Technical Competencies: Good background in computer applications such as MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) data visualization / analytical tools Ability to see beyond whats obvious Attention to detail and big picture alike Risk assessment capabilitiesExperience in leading and completing investigationsEducational Qualification:Minimum High School Diploma covering 12-year standard education; university degree will be an advantage Key Skills Electrical,Accomodation,Corporate Sales,AC Maintenance,Barista,ITI Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
