As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies are available.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with additional benefits such as visa sponsorship.
