Hassi Properties one of Dubais leading luxury real estate firms is expanding its elite sales team!We are seeking driven and passionate Relationship Managers / Real Estate Brokers to represent our portfolio of premium developments across Dubai and internationally.In this dynamic role you will build trusted client relationships guide investors through the Dubai property market and represent Hassi Properties during international roadshows across the UK Europe and the USA.You will receive full training extensive support and the opportunity to work with Dubais top-tier developers all while earning unlimited commission-based income.Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage leads from multiple channels (digital referral and events)Advise clients on property investments market trends and project opportunitiesConduct property tours and virtual presentations for international clientsBuild strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth investorsRepresent Hassi Properties during international exhibitions and roadshowsMaintain consistent communication with clients from inquiry to closingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiencesRequirementsProven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (Dubai market preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsMust hold a passport allowing visa-free travel to the UK EU and USAConfident well-presented and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independentlyStrong understanding of Dubais property market developers and investment opportunitiesWillingness to travel internationally and work in a performance-driven environmentBenefitsCommission-only structure with uncapped earning potential Full sales and investment training from industry expertsVisa and medical insurance provided after onboardingInternational exposure through 2026 Roadshows (UK EU USA) Opportunity to represent Dubais most prestigious projects and developersWork alongside a motivated supportive and ambitious sales teamPotential for leadership and management growth within the company Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,Loyalty Marketing,Portfolio Management,Wealth Management,Financial Services,Algebra,Territory Management,Banking,Relationship Management,Customer relationship management,Geometry Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
