Once you complete 20 rental deals, you’ll transition into the Sales department. During this time, you’ll gain market experience, build landlord relationships, and develop a strong foundation that supports long-term success in sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage property listingsHandle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewingsBuild and maintain relationships with landlords and tenantsNegotiate rental terms and close leasing dealsPrepare and process tenancy contracts and related documentationStay updated on Dubai rental market trends and pricingRequirementsSales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate background preferredReady to relocate to Dubai within next 1-4 monthsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, organized, and target-drivenValid UAE driving license and car requiredWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentLanguages PreferredItalianGermanDutchRussianSpanishProfessional level of EnglishImportant NoteThis is a commission-based role with no basic salary.We recommend new joiners have at least 3 months of savings when starting their real estate career.
