Real Estate Call Center Agent

We are seeking a proficient Real Estate Call Center Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of local and off-plan projects demonstrate efficiency in data entry and be fluent in both Arabic and English languagesQualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent in the real estate sector. Deep understanding of local and off-plan real estate projects in the region. Proficiency in data entry and ability to maintain accurate records. Fluent in both Arabic and English languages with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is preferred.Requirements Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients interested in real estate properties. Provide accurate information regarding local and off-plan projects including pricing availability and amenities. Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and appointments with real estate agents. Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and maintain client relationships. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client information and property listings. Collaborate with real estate agents and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. Address client inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain knowledge of current market trends property regulations and industry best practices. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions appointments and follow-up activities.
