ResponsibilitiesPrepare Project Quality Plan, Project Inspection & Test Plan etc.Monitor Project Activities and ensure they are being carried out as per the PQP, work procedures and applicable standards.Identify non-conformities and ensures adequate corrective action taken.Recommend/support the PM is identifying proper corrective I preventive action as appropriate.Follow-up any NCRs until final corrective action have been completedby the concerned and the NCR is closed out.Conduct I organize audits on the contractors work as per schedule to ensure work such as Design Engineering, procurement, document control, planning, QA/QC functions and any sub contract activity are carried out as per the PQP and client requirements.Organize third party inspection I audit on Vendors of product depending on criticality class and inspection level given in technical specification and material requisition.Maintain the company standards and quality levels are adhered to in allactivities and be fully involved in developing systems to ensure products and services are designed and produced I executed to meet client expectation and requirements.Ensure the MIR, RFI, are completed in timely manner in co-ordinatorwith the main contractors I client as applicable.Maintain all QA/QC related documentation and participating to handover dossier for final submission.Coordinate with the main contractor I client QA/QC teams on all mattersrelated to quality and inspection activities. QHSE Responsibilities:Comply with IMS Policy.Follow the Applicable IMS procedures & work Instructions.Report unsafe conditions to the QHSE department, Make sure to comply with all directives received on QHSE matters.Ensure usage of company provided PPEs and adhere by the safe working procedures applicablefor the activities.Ensure proper house-keeping in work areas in the department.
