The Property Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their property needs, provide expert real estate advice, and identify potential buying, selling, or investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, developing tailored marketing strategies, negotiating sales deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and assisting clients in making well-informed decisions.QualificationsStrong Consulting and Sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and client managementExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions effectivelyKnowledge and experience in Real Estate, including property market trends and transaction processesProactive, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requirements simultaneouslyProficiency in using property management software or CRM tools is an advantageA dynamic and adaptable approach with a strong work ethicBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredValid Qatar driver's license is an added advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
