In the role, youll be the primary point of contact for The Pearl Gates prospects who are on the path to rent or let their homes. Leasing Agent engage qualified prospects to help them understand how to secure leasing homes, list homes, rent homes, and negotiate real estate contracts. Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, youll work collaboratively to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.QualificationCommunicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructionsArranging 'market appraisals' and photographs for the listingHandling inquiries from potential buyers and tenants - Qualifying customers and ściining viewingsNegotiating arrangements between the two partiesAdvising customers on market trendsMaking regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnershipsIn a normal day as a property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time 'taking-on' properties and conducting viewings with customers.You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market.Salary is on Commission BasisCan Join Immediately
