Job Description

This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients throughout their real estate journey. The ideal candidate will possessexcellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion forcustomer service.Key Responsibilities:ClientInteraction:Serve as the first point of contact for clients viaphone, email, and in-person, providing assistance and answering inquiriesrelated to real estate services.SupportTransactions:Assist clients with the buying, selling, or rentingprocess, ensuring they have the necessary information and documentation.ProblemResolution:Address client concerns and issues promptly andprofessionally, working towards a satisfactory resolution.DataManagement:Maintain accurate client records and update the databasewith relevant information regarding transactions and interactions.MarketKnowledge:Stay informed about current real estate trends, propertylistings, and local market conditions to provide knowledgeable support.TeamCollaboration:Work closely with real estate agents and other teamsmembers to coordinate client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.AdministrativeTasks:Assist with general office duties, including schedulingappointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.RequirementsQualifications:High schooldiploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.Provenexperience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a relatedindustry.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge oflocal real estate market is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
