Job ID: 10381910 | Q-Express Documents TransportNetwork Losses (NL) Organization exists to reduce and control operationally controllable defects that result in financial loss to the company presented in inventory overwrite or customer concessions. NL AM -Network losses Area Manager- will be responsible for reducing operations defects leading to network losses. NL AM will work closely & daily with field operations, security and loss prevention, legal, vendor management teams to make sure process defects leading to losses are eliminated and reflected into goodness is reflected at weekly loss figures.Key job responsibilitiesAccountable for achieving the overarching Network Losses (NL) metrics targets through:Collaborating with operational stakeholders to align new input metrics.Daily tracking of input metrics, actively engaging with operations to implement fixes and enhance these metrics.Identifying and addressing new operational defects, implementing effective countermeasures.Identifying and highlighting structural challenges to drive the NL charter forward.Drive NL Weekly business review.Daily usage of SQL to generate business insightsBasic Qualifications1+ years of employee and performance management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experienceWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysCan push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shiftsExperience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceSix Sigma Black Belt CertificationPreferred Qualifications1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceBachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logisticsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
