Operating in the B2B fintech space, the company is developing issuer-grade payment and card infrastructure that enables businesses and fintechs to launch and scale financial products.They have a strong focus on modern, API-first platforms, and they are solving complex challenges across card issuing, transaction processing, and financial orchestration, positioning themselves as a key player in the evolving fintech ecosystem.Discover the RoleThis is a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead position and will be one of the first product hires, working closely with the founders.You will be responsible for defining and building issuer-grade financial products, with a strong focus on card issuing infrastructure, transaction flows, and platform capabilities. The role requires a balance of deep payments knowledge, technical understanding, and product leadership.Discover the ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product strategy and road map for issuer-side financial products.Build and scale card issuing platforms, including card lifecycle management and program capabilities.Define and optimise transaction flows (authorization, clearing, settlement).Work closely with engineering to develop API-first financial infrastructure.Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, risk, and commercial teams.Discover the Requirements6–12+ years in Product Management within fintech or payments.Strong experience on the issuer side of payments (not acquiring).Hands‑on exposure to:Card issuing platforms or issuer processorsCard lifecycle managementPayment transaction flows (auth → clearing → settlement)Experience working with:Visa/Mastercard (or other schemes)Tokenization/wallet integrationsStrong understanding of API-based platforms and fintech infrastructure.This role can be based in either Dubai or Saudi.
