Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant / HR-Admin to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior-level accounting and finance, combined with hands‑on HR and administrative responsibilities, and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage financial operations, HR processes, and office administration while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceHandle full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, GL entries, reconciliations, and monthly closingsManage accounts payable and receivableCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banksHR & AdministrationManage payroll processingMaintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, and HR documentationAddress employee queries related to HR, payroll, and labour regulationsManage office administration and document controlHandle employee onboarding, offboarding, and all permit and visa renewalsHandle insurance policies, trade license renewals, and government portalsSupport management with reports, schedules, and compliance requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business AdministrationSenior-level experience in accounting and finance (preferred)Proven experience in HR and administrative roles within the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR complianceExperience handling payroll, WPS, VAT, and auditsProficiency in QuickBooks accounting softwareExcellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with integritySelf‑motivated and able to multitask and manage tight deadlinesBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
