That means you will never be bored.What You’ll DoMonth-End Close OwnershipLead the month-end close process end-to-endPrepare and review all key balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare revenue and cost of revenue accrualsMaintain fixed assets, prepayments, and payroll journalsClient Money and Settlement IntegrityDaily reconciliation of client money balancesMonitor settlement cycles across our strategic partnersMaintain settlement tracker and documentationRegulatory & Audit SupportSupport DFSA prudential reporting schedulesPrepare VAT and corporate tax reconciliationsOwn the audit PBC process and documentationProcess Rigor & DocumentationLead finance process optimisation and automation effortsDrive improvements in reconciliations, reporting, and settlement controlsWhat We’re Looking ForUndergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.Professional qualification CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, accounting practice and/or in technology companies with a focus on regulated environment, reconciliations and settlement flows.Experience in fintech, payments, or high-volume transaction environmentsOutstanding attention to detail and a passion for data.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Highly organized with a commitment to continuous process improvement.Ability to manage a diverse workload while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or similar accounting platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
