Product Manager, Autonomous Software

SteerAI’s advanced AI-powered autonomy stack, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute, empowers the logistics and defense industries by turning industrial vehicles into autonomous powerhouses that can handle complex off-road missions, transform operations and protect organizations' most important assets: their workforce.About the roleWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of software products critical to the deployment and scalability of autonomous vehicle systems across both SteerAI and Partner platforms. In this role, you will work across engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver mission-critical software that solves complex real-world problems. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about building products that integrate software and hardware into seamless, reliable system to help scale transformative mobility solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the execution of the strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest value and business impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and solve complex, high-stakes challenges.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, requirement gathering, planning, design, development to deployment and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on execution.Partner closely with clients and technology stakeholders to understand their goals, ensure alignment, and deliver products that solve real-world needs.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously refine product strategy and ensure long-term differentiation.Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in software, ideally in complex or technical environmentsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Experience building software products that are tightly integrated with hardware systems (e.g., robotics, IoT, autonomous vehicles, or industrial control systems).Proven track record of leading software products from concept through delivery in mission-critical, enterprise and deep-tech contextsNice to haveBackground in autonomy, logistics, defense, or other complex, technology-driven sectors.Demonstrated success in identifying and achieving product–market fit in high-complexity or emerging technology domains.What we offerWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the Autonomous Robotics industry.
