Procurement Manager of Material&Equipment (GCC)

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Proficient in non-production procurement characteristics, responsible for the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies;</li><li>Oversee the procurement of warehousing and logistics materials and equipment (including operational consumables such as plastic/paper packaging materials; turnover materials such as pallets, turnover boxes, insulated containers; logistics equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, processing equipment, etc.), capable of proposing procurement management strategies for relevant categories, and independently managing centralized procurement activities, including demand communication, supplier development, tendering, contract signing, acceptance, and evaluation;</li><li>Manage procurement project operations and commercial management, encompassing price management, commercial negotiations, contract management, and risk management during execution, with the ability to address challenges in the procurement process;</li><li>Organize and drive cost optimization based on management and business needs, focusing on achieving effectiveness goals, and enhancing the ROI of tendering through comprehensive analysis such as TCO;</li><li>Familiar with the characteristics, operational rules, and relevant policies of the retail logistics industry, responsible for collecting and analyzing market and industry-related information, with strong logical analysis skills, and capable of formulating SOPs to provide a basis for strategic procurement decisions.</li></ol><h3>Requirements</h3><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of procurement or logistics-related work experience; preference given to those with a background in Internet industry/retail/logistics supply chain procurement, especially those with experience in retail logistics equipment procurement management;</li><li>Familiar with procurement operations and management, with experience in managing significant procurement projects, capable of handling responsibilities independently, possessing in-depth procurement expertise and skills, and capable of managing the entire process of warehousing and logistics procurement and assessing fulfillment risks;</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a strong learning ability and team spirit, dedicated and hardworking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong summarization and reporting skills; strong execution ability; able to withstand high work pressure in a rapidly developing business environment;</li><li>Proficient in business English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.</li></ol><h3>Job Highlights</h3><ul><li>Positive and supportive team atmosphere with strong camaraderie.</li><li>A procurement organization with a strong learning culture and well-established management mechanisms.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
