Candidates must have high technical acumen, be self‑motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, and handle multiple work assignments and projects.What’s RequiredSenior Consultants: 10‑15+ years’ experience required; ability to develop and lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills.Consultants: 5‑10+ years’ experience; self‑motivated, independent, organized, able work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development.All Roles:BE/BTechgon/BS/ME/MTech/MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety).Relevant experience in process safety management, process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment.Ability to develop consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations.Self‑motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, client service and commitment to client satisfaction.Strong analytical.
