To coordinate all deliveries to ensure that they are in good order and prioritized according to the PDI lists.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with PDI & Recoveries for all deliveries and accessory fitment.Collect all PDI lists from the relevant showrooms, and compile the list to Logistics.Organize the delivery parking and arrange and coordinate the showroom displays and replacements upon deliveries.Check all cars upon arrival and before delivery. Prioritize the deliveries to improve the process and customer satisfaction.Receive cars from the recovery trucks to prevent and decrease the fines.Stock Transfer notes to accompany all vehicles.All Internal PO’s to be created and pushed for processing.QualificationsHigher Secondary qualification3 – 5 years experience in service industry2 – 3 years in PDI in an automotive industryPC Literate Proficient in MS Office.Good Written and Oral communication in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
