Join one of the leading automotive groups in the UAE as a Showroom Supervisor and take the next step in your career.We’re looking for motivated professionals with experience in volume car brands, deep knowledge of the UAE market, and a track record of leading high-performance sales teams.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead day-to-day showroom operations to meet and exceed sales targets for new & used vehicles, trade-ins, and lead conversions.Drive your team’s performance through clear planning, coaching, and execution of strategic sales plans.Supervise and support the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.Actively monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), customer satisfaction scores (CSI), and team productivity.Collaborate with senior management on promotions, events, and showroom initiatives that elevate brand presence.Coach and mentor your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.Manage trade-in processes, stock assessments, and appraisal decisions to maximize trade-in performance.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Proven experience with volume car brands is highly preferred.Solid understanding of the UAE automotive market.Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team success.Strong retail sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office suite.Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are an advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a well-established, respected automotive group.Enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment with real career growth potential.Competitive compensation package and generous performance-based incentives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
