Job Title: Full-Time Padel Coach Location: UAE Sharjah Outskirts About the Role: We are looking for passionate and certified Padel Coaches to join one of the UAEs premier Golf & Recreational Clubs set in a tranquil and expansive green environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality coaching inspire players of all ages and levels and contribute to a vibrant sporting community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver group classes private lessons and clinics for beginners to advanced players.Develop tailored training programs to enhance skills fitness and game strategy.Organize and support internal tournaments events and social matches.Promote a positive safe and professional training environment.Collaborate with club management to enhance member engagement and retention. Requirements: Certified Padel Coach (minimum Level 2 or Level 3).Proven coaching experience with strong technical and tactical knowledge.Excellent communication and motivational skills.Ability to coach children adults and competitive players.Energetic professional and team-oriented.
