The position will work closely with the UAE Business Owner and willinterfacewithkey staff across the organization as well as customers and other stakeholders. The company is committed to growing and developing talent providing opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility as Stranger Soccer expands its international presence.Key Responsibilities1. Game Hosting & Customer ExperienceServe as anOfficial Hostfor selected football games weekly across Dubai and/or Abu DhabiEnsure players have a smooth fun and safe game experienceRepresent the Stranger Soccer brand on the groundCollect player feedback to continuously improve the experience2. Daily Operations SupportAssistwith schedulinglogisticscoordination and venue communicationSupport marketing customer service and game operations tasksHelp onboardnew playersand respond to inquiriesAssistin recruiting screening and onboarding new Official HostsSupport scheduling and ensure proper venue coverage3. Operations ImprovementIdentifyinefficiencies in booking hosting or player engagement processesPropose actionable solutions to streamline operations and improve consistencyAnalyse feedback and trends to recommend operational enhancements4. Game Experience DevelopmentObserve games and recommend enhancements (format tweaks warm-ups engagement activities post-game processes)Research best practices from sports fitness and hospitality industries to elevate the UAE experience5.
