Job Description

Jasara PMC is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Safety & Security Manager - Sports Facilities. This critical role will oversee the development, implementation, and management of safety and security protocols specifically tailored for sports facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for athletes, staff, and spectators.We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high‑profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project's primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. We seek an exceptional, collaborative team committed to excellence and ready to contribute the skills and dedication required to deliver this scheme successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive safety and security policies and procedures adapted to sports facilitiesConduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilitiesCoordinate and lead emergency preparedness and response planning for sporting events and daily operationsOversee access control, crowd management, and surveillance systems to ensure facility securityProvide training and awareness programs to staff and stakeholders on safety and security best practicesCollaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective coordinationInvestigate security incidents, accidents, or safety breaches and implement corrective actionsMonitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to sports facility safety and security, recommending necessary updatesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Safety Management, Security Management, Occupational Health, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in safety and security management, preferably with a focus on sports or entertainment facilitiesStrong knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and risk management principles applicable to sports venuesExperience in emergency preparedness, crowd control, and incident response planningExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsRelevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CPP, or equivalent are highly desirableAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyFluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organizationBe part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
