This role will drive integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the UAE AMZL Network, partnering with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, Product teams, and other key stakeholders.This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing environment focused on improving the delivery experience for our customers while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the UAE AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals, using data‑driven insights to identify and prioritise opportunities.Gather and analyze operational data to establish network‑wide standards in partnership with cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption across all delivery stations.Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to understand improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.Analyse and solve operational blockers with a focus on root cause analysis, driving forward sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfilment network through process optimisation and automation.Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch plans, pilot new features, and manage full‑scale rollouts across the network with clear success metrics.Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics in operations or supply chain environments.Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, complex formulas) and experience with data visualisation tools for operational reporting.Proven ability using data and metrics to determine root causes, drive improvements, and measure impact of process changes.Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams, including operations, product and engineering stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of programme or project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.Demonstrated experience driving end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects and communicating results to senior leadership with clear business impact.Track record of driving measurable process improvements in last‑mile delivery, logistics or fulfilment operations.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation without direct authority.Experience building processes from the ground up, including project management frameworks, standard operating procedures and implementation schedules.Experience with SQL, Tableau or other business intelligence tools for operational analytics.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field; advanced degree is a plus.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
