Operator (ps02)

Primary Purpose of the JobCarries out various duties as assigned by the Senior Operator. Involves starting up the station by lining up separators, Wells to Manifolds, starting turbine driven pumps, gas compressors, preparing chemicals for oil treatment and starting up the glycol dehydration system, in accordance with procedures. Carries out pigging operations, takes various readings and tests on gas and oil products as directed.Required Experience and SkillsAt least three (3) years’ experience in production and process operations; preferably in an offshore environment.Educational QualificationsQualifications/ Knowledge:Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by at least two (2) years Technical Training.Skills:Good knowledge of English language with respect to speaking and writing.
