Together we belong to something beautiful.POSITION PURPOSESephora Middle East is recruiting a National Makeup Artist based in Sephora University Dubai. The main responsibility of this role is to support the development of the store Makeup team through instore coaching training mentoring and assessment (approx. 60 of time). Other tasks will include delivery of Sephora University Makeup training modules (inclass and digital) support training content creation (including videos) be involved in brand training organization and some admin tasks. The role requires strong collaboration with Retail & Store Managers to support the learning and development of the store Makeup team. The National Makeup Artist will also support crossfunctional events (with Marketing/PR and HR) sometimes leading other Makeup Artists/PRO team members. This is a regional role that will require to travel within the GCC region (Qatar Kuwait Bahrain & Oman) 1 to 2 times per month (duration up to 68 days in cumulative).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoaching & Support at store levelVisit Sephora stores on a weekly basis to support with follow up coaching and assessment.Develop the store Makeup team through feedback and coaching on makeup techniques application selling speech Sephora Attitude and new product launches.Partner with Retail & Store Managers to share and align on feedback development plan and followup actions through meetings and reports.Support assessments of the identified talents.Makeup EducationWork with the Makeup & Artistry Talent Manager to build and review training plan and calendar.Deliver some of our Sephora University Makeup training modules (inclass and digital).Support in leveraging makeup artistry and expertise by teaching about makeup trends services makeup techniques selling techniques cross category and product knowledge.Track development progress and learning of the store Makeup team.Followup and support engagement of the store Makeup team with our digital Sephora Learning App.Makeup Brand TrainingManage admin tasks related to Makeup brand trainings (store visits digital trainings attendee lists testers requests).Support in delivering content of multibrand trainings organized internally.Support Makeup brands digital trainings.Support organization and monitoring of Makeup Masterclass training with involved brands.Support yearly Makeup Education events (Community Brand Conventions).Collaboration & Communication with business partnersStore & Retail Management share feedback align on business priorities & support needed at store level.KSA National Makeup Artists collaboration exchange of best practices and learning from each othersHR support in providing feedback on the store Makeup team and for HR organized eventsMakeup Offer team tight collaboration at all times to align on priorities & needsMarketing/PR participate/lead shoots and events acting as a true Sephora Ambassador.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSExceptional artistry skills being a Sephora Senior MUA or MUA for 5 yearsHas proven records of coaching and developing team membersDemonstrate excellent communication presentation and public speaking skillsLocally mobile (will travel within the UAE on regular basis driving license & car is required) and able to travel regionally (Qatar Kuwait Bahrain & Oman)Collaborative flexible adaptable resilient open to feedback and selfmotivatedHERE YOU WILL FINDCommunity in which authenticity is embraced and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spiritCulture of empowerment learning & growth that offers you the tools space and opportunity to learn innovate and leadWork that brings fulfillment.
