OverviewOffice assistant vacancy in Zayed City UAE. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates.ResponsibilitiesAnswering and directing phone calls, taking messages as necessaryOrganizing incoming and outgoing mailMaintaining filing systems and other office documentsCreating reports, presentations, and other materials as neededPerforming clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.Coordinating travel arrangements for staff membersPerforming other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferredProven experience working in an administrative role with excellent customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essentialStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferredKnowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial but not requiredBenefitsWe offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance coverage, paid time off and retirement savings plans.
