OverviewA luxury household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of their residence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all household staff, including butlers, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the household.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and guidance as needed.Oversee all aspects of housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of the residence.Manage household budgets and expenses, including purchasing supplies and groceries.Plan and execute special events or parties hosted at the residence.Ensure the security of the residence at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is required.Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of proper household management techniques, including cleaning methods, laundry procedures, and inventory management.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Must have a valid driver's license.The position does not require any specific nationality or language skills, but proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic would be considered an asset.
