Job Title: Manager – Supply Chain (EPCI Projects | FPSO | Offshore HVDC) – DubaiJob Type: Full TimeStaff role, reports to Director – Supply ChainRole OverviewLead and coordinate procurement and material management activities across EPC projects, from bid stage through execution and close-out. The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor engagement, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project requirements.This position oversees project procurement teams and interfaces closely with engineering, project controls, logistics, and construction functions to ensure seamless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project‑specific procurement strategies.Prepare procurement plans aligned with project schedules and contractual requirements.Provide input during tender stage on cost forecasts, vendor strategies, and risk assessments.Establish vendor benchmarking systems aligned with client expectations.Project ExecutionLead all procurement activities from RFQ issuance through purchase order placement and post‑award administration.Supervise expediting, inspection, logistics coordination, and vendor performance.Manage procurement schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements.Coordinate scope changes and manage procurement‑related risks.Support claim prevention and resolution with suppliers.Commercial & Cost ControlPrepare procurement man‑hour budgets and resource forecasts.Monitor performance against cost and schedule baselines.Conduct negotiations for major equipment and package awards.Build and develop procurement teams for EPC projects.Define roles, objectives, and performance metrics.Provide technical and commercial guidance to project procurement staff.Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and industry standards.Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and ethical requirements.Candidate Profile12–15+ years in procurement within EPC environments (oil & gas, energy, renewables, industrial projects).Experience with lump‑sum turnkey projects preferred.Strong knowledge of global vendor markets, logistics, and contract administration.Commercially astute with experience in claims and cost control.Strong stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills.Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain‑related field preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
