MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER ELECTRICAL M/FContract type: Fixed-term-contractContractual hours: Full timeLocation: Doha, QatarResponsibilitiesPrime responsibility for planning daily maintenance activities to ensure right‑first‑time job performance, maximizing equipment reliability and improving tool time and work quality.Plan and coordinate labour and non‑labour resources, including materials and services, to remove uncertainty and execute planning in a systematic, efficient, and economical way.Develop independent cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.Use SAP Maintenance module (preferably SAP S4‑HANA) for order planning, purchase requisition, service entry sheets, call‑off orders, service orders, and maintenance‑related master data creation, updation and deletion.Routine maintenance job planning; spares and materials management; work progress reporting; annual look‑ahead plan and cost optimisation.QualificationsBachelor’s Engineering degree in Electrical (12+4 years of education).10+ years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertiliser industry.Hands‑on experience with the Work Order part of the EAM (Enterprise Asset Maintenance) module of SAP.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Good interpersonal, organisational skills and computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office.What we offerLong‑term contract with attractive daily rate, insurance coverage, transportation and expat standard accommodation.Other requirementsFit to work, English C‑Professional proficiency, minimum 6 years experience required.SPIE Global Services Energy is committed to promote diversity.
