The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling tools goods and materials in our warehouse and tool shop. This position requires attention to details and has the ability to handle multiple job responsibilities set priorities and to work with cross functional teams customers and suppliers as necessary.ResponsilbitesManage all the administrative assignments in a timely mannerKeep track of all tools and to arrange with order in a proper storageAll sending and receiving items entry should be done in AADMISKeep up the calibration status for all tools and test equipmentReplenish / purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly if neededPrepare and modify documents including correspondence reports drafts memos and emailsHandle import and export shipmentsFacilitates the shipping of products from one destination to anotherArrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delayReceives products and coordinates deliveriesPrepares loads for shipmentAt all times following safety and quality requirementsTakes steps to avoid quality control issuesMake sure warehouse and toolshop is kept in good orderExperience:Diploma/Higher Diploma/bachelors degree in related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience is recommendedRequired skillsExcellent communication in EnglishBeing orderly is a mustGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to understand and follow relevant documentation and other regulations is a mustUAE driving licenseDesired skillsAADMIS knowledge is a meritExperience from the aviation fieldThis position requires that youwill be approvedin a security vetting in accordanceto ISO:27001What you will be a part ofExplore a wealth of possibilities.
