OverviewLogistic CoordinatorA reputable logistics company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.Track inventory levels and manage stock movements.Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders.Communicate with customers regarding shipment statuses and any delays or issues.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.Monitor shipping costs to maintain budget and negotiate rates with carriers when necessary.Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize delivery times.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software programs.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members of diverse backgrounds.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a team.SalarySalary: 1500$ per monthAdditional InformationPreference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Malayalee nationals.
