Logistics CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations.Responsibilities:- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to schedule and track deliveries- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations- Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and address any discrepancies- Develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance- Continuously look for ways to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulations- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSalary: $1100/monthNote: This position is open to all nationalities.
