<p>To manage produce specialist operations across stores by ensuring product quality, freshness, availability, and compliance with food safety standards, while supporting sales performance and customer satisfaction in alignment with Panda Retail Company’s fresh food strategy.</p><p><strong>Job Accountability</strong></p><ul><li>:Manage produce specialist operations across assigned stores to ensure consistent quality, freshness, and availability of produce items</li><li>.Manage implementation of produce quality standards, handling procedures, and merchandising guidelines to protect product integrity and customer trust</li><li>.Monitor produce performance indicators including availability, waste, shrinkage, and freshness to support sales growth and cost control</li><li>.Coordinate produce planning and replenishment requirements with Supply Chain and store teams to ensure timely product availability</li><li>.Manage execution of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures within produce operations to ensure regulatory and internal compliance</li><li>.Review produces stock rotation, FIFO application, and expiry controls to minimize waste and losses</li><li>.Support development and capability building of produce specialists through guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance execution quality</li><li>.Analyze produce quality issues, customer feedback, and operational risks to implement corrective and preventive actions</li><li>.Prepare produce performance reports, quality summaries, and improvement recommendations for the Director of Fresh Food to support decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>.</strong></p><p><strong>Skill</strong></p><ul><li>s:5 years of technical experience in relevant Fresh Food-Produce section with in-depth knowledge, product featu</li><li>reCoaching skills, Team player, Cross function team skills visual merchanting management, shrinkage manageme</li><li>ntKnowledge of Microsoft Office Applicati</li><li>onAnalytical&Reporting skil</li><li>lsGood Communication and interperson</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
