Based in Dubai/ KSAAED 35000+ excellent family benefitsRole Summary:Provide technical leadership for steam turbine outages and major maintenance, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. The role aims to enhance equipment reliability while optimising resources, controlling costs, and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Develop and execute outage plans, reviewing equipment history, OEM guidance, and operational requirements.Lead and coordinate outage teams, contractors, and plant stakeholders to meet schedules and quality standards.Monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality procedures.Oversee inspections, commissioning, and post‑outage reporting, sharing best practices and technical expertise.Contribute to budget planning, resource optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience & Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years’ experience in power generation or rotating equipment maintenance; proven hands‑on outage execution in a leadership role.Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge of steam turbines.Willingness to travel internationally and work on remote or challenging sites.Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera; fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
