With more than a decade of experience and a highly skilled team, we are proud to support organizations across the region with tailored workforce solutions.We are currently hiring a Operator Level 2 on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.Job Responsibilities:Maintenance ActivitiesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance programs on Aviation Refueling Equipment, and other related facilities. The list is non exhaustive, but it includes: Vehicle PC test, Meter Calibration, high-pressure hose test, Filter Inspection, deadman test, Electrical check, chassis service, etc.…Repairs, installs, and adjusts Aircraft fueling Equipment Electrical and Mechanical, and other Fueling related facility.Troubleshoots to diagnose problems; repairs and performs corrective maintenance on equipment.Modifies and tests equipment to improve systems uptime and reliabilityAssists in maintaining a clean work environment and a good housekeeping.Maintains and updates all process documentation.Supervises equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansion needsResponsible for monitoring of facilities that support process equipment.Updates and reviews daily maintenance logsFollows all safety policies and procedures strictlyUndertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. on equipment for preventive maintenance purposesUndertakes precision alignments and significant other tests associated with installation, qualification, and/or calibration of equipment and machineryPerforms accurate documentation of results of alignments and calibrationsTroubleshoots and repairs various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems involving the isolation of malfunctioning parts, disassembly of equipment, and repair/replacement of faulty componentsOperates various hand and power tools and machines to discharge dutiesCarries out design, development, and implementation of preventive maintenance programs on machinery and mechanical systems.Uses equipment manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to aid in troubleshooting and repairing tools and equipmentLooks into service requests for repairs and maintenance to determine the nature of the problem and recommend appropriate solutionsUndertakes the sourcing and ordering of required parts, supplies, and services during Maintenance supervisor absence.Ensures that equipment is in a safe and working condition and utilizes the Lock-Out Tag-Out.Ensures prompt and regular attendance following a scheduleEnsures the application of Quality Policies and Procedures in all aspects of daily duties and responsibilities.SAFETY KPI’sMaintain awareness of advances in safety systems and designs and get updated on new initiatives and developments in the industry.Participate in all safety meetings conducted; seek training for the safe operation of new-generation equipment, covering refresher training on vehicle operation and any new equipment or procedures.Demonstrate by example safe working practices.Assist in incident investigation and reportingMOCHSSECarry out at least in DWC-IJIP premises (Test Rig, Workshop, vehicle parking, and Store,…) 1 Safety Walkabout in a week and ensure that findings are shared and closed.Comply with Site / DA safety procedures and PPE policyReport NM/PI as per the annual target assigned and ensure it is timely closed and entered in FIM by the focal point.Assist and submit required reports - NMPI, walkabout, incident, etc.Attend Safety meetings as per the annual target assigned and participate activelyParticipate in regular toolbox meetings with staff to share the LFIs, HLGs, and other HSSE communications.Ensure all communication is read and signed out within one week of publishing.Report all incidents/accidents in writing (within 24 hours) and help the supervisor in the investigation.GENERALCoordinate with the team to achieve operational requirementsReceive VDR reports and act according to the supervisor’s instructionsCoordinate/communicate with the Shift supervisor via Logbook or emailCarry out the periodic checks regularly and maintain the records.Assist the supervisor in planning and executing the daily Maintenance Schedule.Perform Focal point tasks (either during his shift or after duty hours)Inquiries received (email, calls, etc.) to be conveyed to the Supervisor on time.Ensure that proper passes and medical checks are updated#J-18808-Ljbffr
