Project Director – ELV (KSA&Qatar)

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly accomplished<b>Project Director – MEP to lead and manage large-scale</b>, high-value projects across<b>Saudi Arabia and Qatar</b>. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in delivering complex MEP systems within mega developments.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-country projects, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide strategic leadership and full accountability for the delivery of MEP and ICT mega projects across KSA and Qatar</li><li>Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover across multiple locations</li><li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural project teams operating in both countries</li><li>Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and quality requirements</li><li>Oversee commercial performance including budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and variation management</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities in KSA and Qatar</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and HSE standards in both countries</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor management, and supply chain coordination across regions</li><li>Provide regular executive-level reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in ELV project delivery</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP / ICT project management</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering (Master’s is an advantage)</li><li>Proven experience managing mega projects across multiple countries (KSA and/or Qatar preferred)</li><li>Strong background in MEP systems and ICT Infrastructure</li><li>Strong knowledge of regional regulations, project environments, and stakeholder management</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills</li><li>PMP or equivalent certification is preferred</li></ul><p>"Lead the future start with the best."
