As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage our electrical engineering projects, focusing on innovative solutions for complex electrical systems in various infrastructure developments.Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorshipManage closely the subcontractors that are in charge of the Electrical assets related maintenanceWithin new projects, Oversee the design and implementation of high voltage, low voltage, and electrical building services systemsDevelop and review electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow analysesEnsure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standardsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplinesManage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful deliveryConduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on electrical designs and documentationPresent design concepts and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior managementStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in electrical engineering solutionsContribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client meetingsWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferredProfessional Engineering registration or equivalent certificationMinimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projectsProven expertise in high voltage, low voltage, and electrical building services design and coordinationStrong knowledge of Qatar's electrical codes and regulations, as well as international standardsProficiency in engineering software tools such as ETAP, Trimble/Amtech Pro Design, Dialux, or ReluxDemonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teamsExcellent project management skills, including budget control and resource allocationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approachOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholdersExperience in tunnels and highways projects is highly desirableIn‑depth understanding of electrical systems from design, installation, buildability, and maintenance perspectivesProven track record of delivering complex electrical engineering projects on time and within budgetAbility to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary environmentVisionary mindset with a passion for innovative electrical engineering solutions
