Junior Systems Administrator & Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator & Cybersecurity professional to join our IT team. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone with a strong foundation in IT systems, troubleshooting, and basic security practices, who is eager to grow into a more advanced technical position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day IT support and troubleshooting for users (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).Assist in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environment (users, licenses, access, basic configurations).Support administration of Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity controls including endpoint protection and access management.Support network basics including connectivity issues, user access, and coordination with vendors when required.Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalat​e when needed.Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and system configurations.Support IT projects related to infrastructure, security, and system improvements.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and basic cybersecurity best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure rolesBasic knowledge of:Systems administration (Windows environment)IT troubleshooting and end‑user supportNetworking fundamentalsCybersecurity awareness and best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
