Are you an Arabic-speaking channel sales professional who knows the Saudi SME and IT reseller market inside out?A global business management software platform — 35 years old, 7.5M+ businesses across 100+ countries — is expanding its Saudi Arabia team. They've been on the ground in KSA for nearly a decade, with an established network of ~100 active partners already in place. This isn't a startup situation.They're looking for an Associate Business Manager to own partner relationships across Abha, Jeddah or Dammam.What's in it for you:15,000–20,000 SAR / month baseAnnual bonus — 5–25% of salary, paid in MayMedical insurance, home country travel allowance, and conveyance reimbursementNo individual revenue targets — performance is measured on partner engagement qualityAn established partner base to work with from day one — you're building on something, not starting from scratchWhat you'll be doing:Managing and growing a portfolio of active channel partners — IT resellers, software distributors, and accountancy firmsVisiting partner locations regularly, understanding their challenges, supporting their pipelineRunning joint sales activity with partners and their end clientsOnboarding new partners into the networkBuilding roadmaps with partners to drive performance and growthWhat you'll need:2–7 years in channel, partner or reseller sales — software or IT environment preferredSolid understanding of the Saudi SME marketBachelor's degree (required)Based in KSADon't worry if your CV isn't up to date.
