IT Support Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to enterprise users, resolving hardware, software, OS, and network issues within defined SLAs.Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, access control, and policy enforcement.Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability.Support deployment and management of Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.Perform system monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.Configure and support printers, scanners, and end-user devices.Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue escalation and resolution.Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and support logs.Participate in on-call support for critical systems.Network Support ExposureInstall and maintain routers, switches, and network devices.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN issues.Monitor network performance and assist in implementing security measures.Support system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes.Working hours: Monday-Friday and as requiredSalary expectations: AED3000 inclusive allVisa: will be provided immediately after completing a week understandingInsurance: BasicSkillsUnless the job is done, we dont have specific requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
