You will be leading the full-cycle IT project for implementing a Data platform, working closely with the client side, and orchestrating the work of several distributed teams on an international project in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Experience with tax authorities, government clients, or the financial sector is especially valuable. Communication will be entirely in English, and the work will be on-site in Dubai. Business trips within the MENA region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, etc.) are possible.ResponsibilitiesData-driven management of high-budget international projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Driving excellence in a hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) environment.Managing distributed teams in a hybrid work environment, coordinating cross-functional teams of up to 20 people to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Being in charge of risk and change management (monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise).Further enhancement and technical support of already deployed solutions.Experience & Skills We Are Looking ForRequiredPrevious experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects, preferably with experience in analytics and data warehousing projectsImplementation and experience using any of the methodologies Waterfall / Agile / Scrum / KanbanExperience in managing a team of 15 or more peopleExperience in communication and building long-term relationships with international clientsExperience preparing and delivering presentationsProven track record of success in project management and achieving targetsProficiency in English (spoken and written) C1 level or higher, ability to understand different accents EnglishCultural awareness and flexibilityPositive attitude toward possible business trips within the MENA region.Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAEExperience working with enterprise customers in the IT consulting industryExperience in upselling / business development with current clients and/or participation in presales activities.Technical background, preferably from a technical university.Knowledge of the tax domain and/or experience working with government sector clients is a plus.PMP or similar certificationProficiency in ArabicWe offer a competitive salary and commission package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
