Strategy Manager : In-House Strategy Management

The company is committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, playing a key role in energy transition and digital transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage the strategy refresh and related initiatives at headquarters.Oversee strategic projects and stakeholder engagement across global assets.Prepare internal and external reports for senior leadership.Coordinate with international teams.Track KPIs and manage scorecards for ongoing initiatives.Support ongoing strategy research and benchmarking.QualificationsStrong strategy and consulting background (Big 4 or similar) OR corporate/internal strategy.Proven PMO/project management experience.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree (BSc minimum).Exposure to HR-related projects (rewards, workforce planning, engagement) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
