<div><h3>Description</h3><ul><li>Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.</li><li>Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.</li><li>Implement data governance best practices in analysis processes.</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.</li><li>Participate in data governance audits and compliance activities.</li><li>Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.</li><li>Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation.</li><li>Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.</li><li>Integrate new software applications into existing systems.</li><li>Ensure new applications are integrated and deployed efficiently across the business.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and accessible for future reference.</li><li>Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and systems.</li><li>Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, natural disasters, and user abuse.</li><li>Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff to assist with their work.</li><li>Mentor team members and educate users on system administration best practices.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration to ensure continuous improvement.</li><li>Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Skills and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of system administration for complex operating systems.</li><li>Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical systems.</li><li>Expertise in monitoring system performance and availability.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.</li><li>Excellent documentation and organizational skills for maintaining technical records.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and educate users.</li><li>Knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><p>2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or relevant field.</p><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or in a related field.</p><h3>Language</h3><p>Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.</p><h3>Licenses / Certifications</h3><h3>Preferred Certifications</h3><ul><li>Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate</li><li>Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)</li><li>Google Business Intelligence Professional</li><li>Google Data Analytics Professional</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP)</li><li>IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
