Inventory Executive

OverviewHandle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, to provide support to the Sr Project Manager and DG Business Operations. Receive stock materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise and be accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stocked.Key ResponsibilitiesDatabase management of all stocks in the inventory.Ensure proper storage and handling of received stocks and ensure merchandise is in good condition for selling; report anomalies.Create GRN for all received merchandise and validate it with LPO and invoice.Review and check the accuracy of suppliers' invoices.Perform SRET, PRET and STO documents as per the SOW.Ensure that the HVS Stock is kept inside the HVS store.Process PRET once approval is received from the salesperson and supplier.Coordinate with the customer and arrange delivery once invoicing is completed.Assist Inventory – perform PI Count on a monthly basis and report discrepancies to management.Manage and maintain the Stock Room, LOB invoice report, SRET report, and PRET report.Check staff grooming/discipline and punctuality.Manage logistics activities.Qualifications & Requirements2-3 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management or Logistic activities.Graduate.Experience in Retail Management, ERP, MS Excel and Supply Chain.Competencies: Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Leading People, Communication, Problem Solving.EEO statement: This section is to be included if required by law or company policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
