<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>The Installation Manager will oversee all aspects of site preparation and readiness, including support installation, and assist with the logistics of shipments and rigging, ensuring efficient and on time execution.</p><h3>Interfaces</h3><h3>External Interface</h3><ul><li>Utilities</li><li>Client Project Manager</li><li>Project Consultants</li><li>Other stakeholders, as necessary</li></ul><h3>Internal Interface</h3><ul><li>Project Engineering&Management Team</li><li>Commercial team</li><li>Finance&Accounts team</li><li>HITS Team</li></ul><h3>Duties&Responsibilities</h3><h3>Project Planning And Coordination</h3><ul><li>Oversee installation timelines, resource allocation and milestone tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams: engineering, logistics, field service, and clinical applications.</li><li>Ensure site readiness in collaboration with hospital or clinic project managers and site manager.</li><li>Identify risks and mitigation plans.</li><li>On-site Supervision:</li><li>Oversee physical installation of HITS.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.</li><li>Act as the point of contact between Toshiba (TESG) and the customer during the installation phase.</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Manage and assign tasks to on-site technicians and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Co-ordinate to resolve on-site issues.</li></ul><h3>Customer Communication</h3><ul><li>Serve as the liaison with hospital/clinic stakeholders.</li><li>Provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction during the install process.</li></ul><h3>Compliance And Documentation</h3><ul><li>Ensure all regulatory, QA, and safety protocols are met.</li><li>Complete installations reports, handover documents, and commissioning checklists.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><h3>Education Qualification&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a People/Resource Management and installation role, preferably in radiotherapy, medical field, and/or MEP engineering.</li><li>Medical HW/SW technology</li><li>Dealing with stakeholders in the medical field.</li><li>In medical instruments installations (X-ray, CT, MRI, Linacs, etc.).</li><li>Reporting and analysis.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Execute the project as per plan, maintain HSEQ requirements and assist in project cash flow.</li><li>The ability to explain basic design ideas and plans clearly to the Clients, Project consultants, Engineers Office, Vendors, and Subordinates.</li><li>Having overall responsibility on project results including risks, opportunities and claims.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present basic, technical information to a wide audience.</li><li>High competence in technical writing, systems development and utilization.</li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><ul><li>Role Level: Mid-Level</li><li>Work Type: Full-Time</li><li>Country: United Arab Emirates</li><li>City: Abu Dhabi</li><li>Company Website: http://www.toshiba.eu</li><li>Job Function: Information Technology (IT)</li><li>Company Industry: Technology Information and Internet</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
