Human Resources Analyst

One of our clients, a leading holding company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join its team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end employee service cases with full closure and SLA adherence (95%+).Handle payroll processes accurately, including incentives, overtime, and recoveries.Maintain and update employee records (personal data, dependents, communication details).Ensure timely escalation of cases exceeding SLA timelines.Provide excellent employee support and ensure high customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with HR policies and approval processes.Support onboarding processes with complete documentation.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.Requirements:Experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR shared services.Strong attention to detail with high accuracy levels.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
