Job Description

<div><p>The Assistant Manager – Human Capital plays a key role in supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core human capital functions including organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation&benefits, and policy governance. The role contributes to strategic Human Capital projects while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day activities across the employee lifecycle, in alignment with the group’s values and compliance standards.</p><h3>HR Operations&Employee Lifecycle</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation of Human Capital policies, procedures, and systems related to onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.</li><li>Ensure employee records, contracts, and transactions are updated and maintained in the HRIS system.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll, administration, and finance for seamless employee servicing.</li></ul><h3>Organizational Development&Structure</h3><ul><li>Manage job description development, grading, and organizational charts updates.</li><li>Support talent mapping, succession planning, and structural redesign initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate HR structural needs.</li></ul><h3>Compensation&Benefits</h3><ul><li>Support benchmarking of compensation packages, allowances, and benefit structures.</li><li>Monitor policy compliance across pay practices and support benefit renewals or reviews.</li><li>Participate in the implementation and audit of performance-based reward frameworks.</li></ul><h3>Policy Governance&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Draft, review, and implement internal Human Capital policies and ensure alignment with Saudi labor law.</li><li>Monitor compliance practices and support audit readiness across the department.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for policy clarifications and internal awareness.</li></ul><h3>Employee Relations&Engagement</h3><ul><li>Coordinate engagement programs and employee satisfaction surveys.</li><li>Support internal communications and contribute to fostering a culture of transparency and trust.</li></ul><h3>Human Capital Projects</h3><ul><li>Participate in and track progress for cross-functional Human Capital projects.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and Human Capital analytics for senior leadership.</li><li>Maintain timelines, follow-ups, and documentation related to strategic initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a group or diversified business environment</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.</li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
