HR Recruiter Support Internship / Junior ContractLocation: Dubai Media City (next to metro & tram)Contract: 6-month internship or junior fixed-term contract with the possibility of a full-time roleWork setup: Office-based with 1 remote day per weekAbout Easy WeddingEasy Wedding has been operating since 2019 and is now a leading marriage services company in the UAE with a growing presence in Georgia. We help international couples get married abroad by simplifying complex legal processes and turning them into human meaningful experiences. Recruitment is a strategic priority for us not an administrative function. You will join a founder‑led hands‑on environment and work closely with management senior recruiters and high‑quality external recruitment consultants.Why this role existsWe are scaling our teams quickly and need dedicated operational support to run recruitment properly. This role is designed for young profiles who want real exposure and responsibility not a passive internship. You will work directly with company leadership interact daily with recruitment agencies and be involved in real hiring decisions. It is a learning‑by‑doing role for people who want to build a solid foundation in HR and recruitment.Your missionSupport the Talent & Recruitment team in executing high‑volume high‑quality hiring while ensuring a smooth respectful and human candidate experience. You will be the operational backbone of the recruitment process.Key responsibilitiesScreen CVs and perform first qualification checks, manage and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (Zoho Recruit), and follow up with candidates via email, WhatsApp, and calls.Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers and ensure clear communication at every stage.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies by sharing briefs, tracking submissions and following up on quality and timelines.Support recruitment reporting by maintaining clean data, helping track KPIs and identifying bottlenecks.Represent Easy Wedding values by ensuring candidates feel listened to, respected and informed throughout all interactions.RequirementsWe are looking for students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Management or a related field. A first experience or internship in HR recruitment administration or customer support is a plus but not mandatory. You must be comfortable working closely with management and external consultants and be willing to learn fast in a demanding environment.Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail are essential. You should be proactive, curious and comfortable handling follow‑ups and coordination tasks. Clear communication in English is required; French or Arabic is a plus. This role is best suited for someone who wants to gain real professional experience and is ready to invest effort to grow.BenefitsThis role offers real exposure to how recruitment works in a growing founder‑led company.
